We are working hard to reunite you with your bags and will be in touch when we find them. Here you can check the status of your bag using the application number and the name of the passenger.<\/p>\n<p>With regard to the claims on the compensation of the damages when the luggage is broken you should address to the representation office of Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (E-mail wt@azal.az, hteymurov@azal.az, tel: (99412) 497-26-00 (int: 22-05, 30-81)) no later than 7 (seven) days from the date of the arrival.
