You can choose comfortable seats before flight at ticket sales offices and via call center, as well as during check-in at the airport.
For safety reasons some category passengers which cannot read and perform required essential safety procedures or passengers under age of 15 shall not be allocated at the emergency seats.
In case if comfort seats cannot be provided by the Airline (replacement of the aircraft type, etc.) paid amount will be refunded.
